HLTI Grant Support
To ensures that finances are not a barrier to participation and promotes inclusivity within the program, the HLTI grant offers scaled financial support of the course fees based on the applicant's assessed financial need.
All participants seeking financial aid are required to submit two key documents: 1) a statement of financial circumstance, and 2) proof of other scholarship/grant applications. It is important to note that application for grant support does not guarantee the award of a grant, as the final selection depends on a comprehensive assessment of all applications.
Application Requirements:
- Statement of Financial Circumstance: Provide a detailed statement explaining your financial situation and the reasons you are seeking financial support. Describe any difficulties you are experiencing that impact your ability to finance your participation in the HLTI program. Attach supporting financial documents (e.g., bank statements, pay slips) that demonstrate your financial difficulties.
- Proof of Other Scholarship/Grant Applications: Provide documentation of your applications to other scholarships and grants, including any response letters or emails you have received. These documents should indicate unsuccessful attempts to secure funding elsewhere, underscoring the necessity of financial support through the HLTI grant. Note: Applications for the HLTI Grant itself are not considered as part of this requirement. This section is specifically for demonstrating your efforts to secure funding from other organizations or programs. Please ensure that no documentation related to the HLTI Grant application is included in this section.
Please ensure that all required documents are completed and submitted through our official grant application portal. Each document must be clearly labeled (i.e LastName_FirstName_Doc1) and attached as part of your application package.
