Leading in the Longevity Economy

Executive Masterclass in Healthy Longevity for Business Leaders

16–18 November 2026 | Singapore | 3-Day Executive Programme

Longevity is the next great market shift. Most leaders can't yet tell signal from hype.

Longer, healthier lives are reshaping healthcare, workforces, consumer behaviour, financial systems and the way organisations plan for the future.
At the same time, biological age, biomarkers, wearables, multi-omics, AI and emerging health technologies are creating new markets, and new claims about what may be possible.

For leaders, the challenge is knowing what deserves attention.

Which opportunities are ready to act on? Which are five years out? Where is the evidence strong, and where is the hype running ahead of the science?

The Executive Masterclass in Healthy Longevity for Business Leaders is an immersive three-day executive programme designed to help senior leaders navigate these questions.

Build the scientific literacy to interrogate longevity claims, understand where the longevity economy is creating opportunity and risk, and apply the evidence to decisions around organisational strategy, investment, workforce planning and product development.

Bring your toughest strategic question. Leave with a position on it.

Why healthy longevity matters for leaders

Longer lives are changing how people work, consume, invest and plan for their futures.

Organisations are navigating increasingly multigenerational workforces, evolving consumer needs, new models of care and emerging markets built around healthier, longer lives.

At the same time, advances in geroscience, diagnostics, precision geromedicine, AI and health technology are changing what may be possible.

For leaders, this creates both opportunity and complexity.

How do you distinguish credible science from hype? Which developments are ready for real-world application? Where is capital moving? What could create value in your sector, and what isn't ready yet?

The Executive Masterclass gives leaders the scientific grounding, market context and access to expertise needed to examine these questions critically… and make better-informed strategic decisions.

From scientific insight to strategic action

The Masterclass takes participants beyond simply learning about longevity.

Across three immersive days, you will move from understanding the biology of ageing to exploring how it is measured, examining the evidence behind interventions, engaging with your own clinical data and, ultimately, translating those insights into strategy.
Frame the decision

Frame the decision

Bring one question that matters.

Start with a strategic question your organisation faces now. Define the opportunity, the risk and what evidence would change your position.

Build the scientific and market foundation needed to understand the longevity landscape and identify what matters to your organisation.

Pressure-test it

Pressure-test it

Interrogate the market, evidence and assumptions.

Examine what researchers know, where uncertainty remains and where commercial claims may be running ahead of the evidence.

Engage directly with experts, peers and your own experience of emerging precision-health approaches to challenge the assumptions behind your strategic question.

Form a position

Form a position

Decide what happens next.

Translate evidence and market insight into a position relevant to your organisation.

By the end of the Masterclass, determine whether the opportunity in front of you warrants a decision to advance, pilot, revise, hold or decline, and understand what would change that position.

Healthy longevity will not transform one industry alone. Learn alongside a curated cohort of senior leaders from healthcare, finance, consumer industries, real estate, government, investment and other sectors navigating the implications of longer lives.

Three days from question to position

Day 1: The longevity economy: Understanding the landscape

Where does the longevity economy stand today?

Build a focused scientific foundation in the biology of ageing, biological age and emerging measurement technologies, while examining how advances in healthy longevity are creating new markets, products and organisational questions.

Frame the strategic question you have brought to the Masterclass: What is the opportunity? What is the risk? What evidence would change your position?

Day 2:  Evidence, intervention and opportunity

What does the evidence actually support?

Examine approaches to healthy longevity, from the microbiome and brain health to emerging therapeutics, distinguishing established evidence from promising developments and commercial hype.

Experience elements of precision health firsthand through clinical and performance assessments, and use discussions with faculty and peers to pressure-test the assumptions behind your strategic question.

Day 3: From evidence to strategy

What should your organisation do next?

Bring together the market, scientific evidence and insights developed across the Masterclass.

Through sector-focused roundtables and multidisciplinary discussion, consider where healthy longevity could create value for your organisation, and where the evidence may not yet justify action.

Conclude by forming a position on your strategic question: advance, pilot, revise, hold or decline.

Leave knowing not only what you think, but what evidence would change your position.

Turn evidence into strategy.

The final day brings the scientific and personal insights from the programme into an organisational context.

Through sector-focused roundtables and multidisciplinary action planning, participants will explore how healthy longevity may affect their industries and organisations.

Your clinical and continuous glucose monitoring data will also be brought together in a personalised longevity dashboard, connecting the individual experience of healthy longevity with the wider strategic questions explored throughout the Masterclass.

By the end of the programme, participants will leave with both personal insights and a concrete framework for action within their organisation.

Longer, healthier lives are creating profound shifts across industries.

The implications of the longevity economy may extend across:

Healthcare, MedTech and life sciences, as models of prevention, diagnosis and care evolve;
Financial services and insurance, as longer lives change financial planning and risk;
Consumer goods and services, as needs and expectations shift across the life course;
Real estate and urban planning, as environments adapt to increasingly long-lived populations;
Workforce and human capital, as careers lengthen and organisations become more multigenerational;
Investment and private equity, as new technologies, services and markets emerge; and
Government and public policy, as societies respond to demographic change.

The Executive Masterclass gives leaders the evidence, perspective and strategic space to determine where these shifts create meaningful opportunities for their organisations, and where they do not.

What is the 'longevity economy?'

The longevity economy encompasses the economic activity, emerging markets and organisational changes associated with increasingly long-lived populations.

Its implications extend far beyond healthcare.
Longer lives are changing workforce structures, consumer needs, financial planning, insurance models and demand for products and services across the life course.

At the same time, advances in geroscience, biomarkers, multi-omics, AI, digital health and precision geromedicine are creating new technologies and business models built around maintaining health for longer.

For leaders, this creates a new category of strategic questions: Where is meaningful value emerging? What is scientifically credible? What is investable today? And what remains too early to act on?

The Executive Masterclass equips leaders to interrogate those questions using scientific evidence rather than hype.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is healthy longevity?

Healthy longevity is concerned not simply with how long people live, but with how long they can maintain health and function.

It brings together research into ageing biology, disease, physical and cognitive function, diagnostics and interventions to better understand how health can be maintained across longer lives.

What is precision geromedicine?

Precision geromedicine applies insights from the biology of ageing to understand how ageing differs between individuals and how health strategies may become more personalised.

Rather than treating ageing as a uniform process, it considers biological and clinical information that can help build a more individual picture of health and ageing.

What is the longevity economy?

The longevity economy encompasses the economic and societal activity associated with increasingly long-lived populations.

Its implications can extend across healthcare, financial services, employment, insurance, consumer markets, technology, housing and investment — making longevity increasingly relevant to leaders well beyond the healthcare sector.

Who is the Executive Masterclass designed for?

The programme is designed for C-suite executives, board members and other senior decision-makers whose organisations or sectors are being affected by population ageing, changing health expectations or the emerging longevity economy.

Participants should have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.

What will I leave the Masterclass with?

You will bring one strategic question relevant to your organisation into the Masterclass and examine it throughout the three-day programme against scientific evidence, market developments, expert perspectives and peer discussion.

By the end of the programme, the goal is to form a clearer position: whether to advance, pilot, revise, hold or decline, and what future evidence or developments could change that position.

Do I need a medical or scientific background?

No.

The programme is specifically designed to build scientific literacy from first principles, allowing leaders from both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds to engage critically with healthy longevity science.

What clinical assessments are included?

Participants undergo a panel of assessments examining areas including cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, body composition and skin health.

Participants also engage with continuous glucose monitoring data. These insights are brought together in a personalised longevity dashboard during the programme.

Is this a wellness programme?

No. The Executive Masterclass is an executive education programme designed around the strategic implications of healthy longevity.

Clinical assessments and physiological data form part of the learning experience, allowing participants to encounter emerging precision-health approaches firsthand. They are educational tools rather than the purpose of the programme and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment advice.

Lead in the age of longevity

The longevity economy is taking shape now.

For leaders, the advantage will not come from following every new longevity trend. It will come from knowing which developments matter, what the evidence supports and where there is a reason to act.

Bring your toughest strategic question.

Leave with a position on it.
